Quadruplets!

Vera and her mom and three siblings were living outside on a ripped open pillow and didn't have much to eat. Their "owners" couldn't afford to take care of them, so they wouldn't allow them inside. We got Vera a week ago, but went back yesterday to buy her mom and siblings. Vera's previous "owners" wouldn't give up her mom, Sandy, but let us buy her three siblings. We are keeping two of the quadruplets, and are giving the other two to family friends. Fortunately, Sandy's "owners" are letting her live indoors now that she doesn't have her puppies to care for. The quads are 11 week old puppies, and lived in a small town, about 3 hours away from Nashville. Vera seems happy to have her brother and sisters to play with again! Hector and Lola are adjusting very well, and actually seem to enjoy the quads. Thank goodness!

Hector and Lola have a new buddy! Her name is Vera Faith, and she is a 4 month old Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher/Dachshund mix. Vera is a very sweet girl! Hec and Lola are being very friendly to her, and all is well between them. Welcome little Vera!

Hector loves the fall!

Here are some of Hector's fall photos that I took today. This first one is my favorite! He was playing in the leaves and running through the yard, but I got some good pictures when he was being still.

We're back!!

It's been WAY too long!! We finally got our Mom to help us blog again! She's been so busy, and had forgotten. But, we are glad to be back! We've missed all of you!!

   Mom just figured out how to upload videos! Here is one she took about a week or so ago of Hector playing with Lola's toy, Brenda. Hector was so excited, he didn't even mind that he was being videotaped! Mom doesn't usually take videos of us. Mostly just pictures. Actually, this is the first video of Hector ever!  She'll be taking more videos of us now that she knows how to upload them! -Hector and Lola
